It’s party time folks as Sean and I celebrate our 100th episode of Braindead TechCast and of course we do it in fine style by being extra nice considering it also Techmeme Friday.

Heck we even have a warm and fuzzy moment but rest assured it is one of those rare moments that we save for special episodes like this.

What started out looking like it was going to be a day of hell for both Sean and I turned out to be pretty good given that we were both pretty tied up with other things for the majority of the day. Of course the tech blogosphere came to rescue with some fun things for us to talk about – which is a good thing.

The one thing Sean and I do on the show is to try and be fair with each other when it comes to rants and tonight my good friend Sean had a rant he just had to get off of his chest.

We also found out interestingly enough that the exact same search on the exact same search engine will produce two different results – which end up having us scratching our heads as to why.

Well it’s been an interesting day to say the least and of course we talking about it on tonight’s show. We start off with a really cool “social” experience that occurred today between myself and Telus that started great then went downhill only to go right back up again. This is why companies who truly try should be given the recognition they deserve.

However the big topic of the night is an even bigger story that it seems that all the big blogs are totally missing which is just too strange considering it has to do with the darling of social media – Facebook.
