A change in commenting policy

Posted on April 14, 2010 by Steven Hodson
Comments off

Up until now I’ve been pretty easy when it comes to people leaving comments because I know how frustrating it can be from the commenter’s point of a view when all kinds of roadblocks are put up. Unfortunately I seem to be spending more of my time than anything else cleaning up after obvious, and not so obvious, attempts to leave spam type comments.

So effective immediately all commenter’s will have to have their first comment approved before their future comments will auto post. The down side to this is that this will also apply to anyone who has left a comment in the past – sorry about that.

Hopefully this will help ease the problem and I won’t be forced to go to a fully moderated commenting style because that would really suck.
